We provide a 24/7/365 dedicated service desk facility for the 苏格兰 政府 which is based in Rutherglen during working hours and Leeds out of hours. 的 service desk staff are familiar with the buildings and staff raising the calls. This enables us to plan and react to circa 25,000 tasks per annum across the 房地产.
